The The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors of technological change in the field of sports and to suggest policy directions through the acceptance of technological change. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, this study conducted a literature review and data analysis at the same time. The structure of the set discussion has four stages, and the research questions of each unit are as follows. First, at the first stage, the need for a predictive analysis of changes in sports jobs due to technological change was confirmed. Second, we tried to understand the flow of macroscopic job changes following the introduction of the technology of the 4th industrial revolution. Through literature review and discussion, the main characteristics of job change in the sports field were predicted. Third, through an article analysis on the acceptance of recent innovative technologies, realistic policy tasks and policy setting directions for future sports jobs were analyzed. Fourth, through a comprehensive discussion, the direction of policy setting was presented in preparation for changes in sports jobs in Korea in preparation for technological changes. The main findings and comprehensive suggestions of the above four stages of discussion are as follows. First, the economic value of sports will expand as technology changes, and policy changes for jobs are required. The economic value of sports jobs has the function of providing pioneering values such as maintaining the current social system, maintaining the psychology of production and consumption, and combining service and technology. Second, in the situation of structural unemployment following the advent of the 4th industrial revolution, wages in the sports and health sector will increase, but wages in the recreation sector will decrease. Some sports jobs will decline or decline, while others are expected to be created. Sport is an industry that is expected to be the most active in job mobility in this process. Third, 3,125 keywords were analyzed to explore the policy direction for jobs through technical factors in the sports field. Top 30 Keywords were classified according to the content into sports jobs application target (industrial field)/means (technology)/process (operation and distribution)/base (production). By deriving important supply and demand, means and industrial fields, the focus area of sports job policy was presented. Fourth, sports job policy suggestions were made in preparation for technological change. Reinforcement of reeducation is required to prevent career interruption. In addition, it was emphasized that the job policy should be converted from a quantitative management system to a qualitative management system. Lastly, it was suggested that it is necessary to prepare the basis for legal policies for the scope of new jobs and economic support.
