This study aimed to test statistically the Christians’ experience spiritualityexperience has positive effects on the psychology and spirituality of human, and reveal the essence of the phenomena of spiritualityexperience through the Holy Spirit-experience. The Charismatic Renewal-Seminar as spirituality-experience program was used for this study and two studies were done through the sequential study of mixed methodology. In the quantitative research, the effects of spiritualityexperience on the spirituality, subjective well-being, self-esteem, and internalized-shame were statistically significant. In the phenomenological research, the essence of spirituality-experience was the enlightenment ‘I am a valuable being loved by God.’ On the final stage, this study made ‘Spirituality-Experience Explanation Model’ through the synthesis of findings pre-studied. Lastly the significances, limitations of this study and recommendations for future studies were discussed. This study is the experiential data suggesting to counsellors the importance of spirituality and the positive effects of spirituality-experience on the psychology and spirituality of clients.
