The purpose of this study is, with a view to enhancing Junior College Students’ feeling of happiness, to plan the positive psychological strength program, to practice it, and to prove its effect on the feeling of happiness. The experimental group was requested to take the positive psychological strength program, which is developed by the researcher, for 20 times–20 hours (2 hours per week). The ressult of this study is as followings:2. The students who participated in the positive psychological strength program are statistically shown some meaningful enhancement in ‘the satisfaction with life’, compared to the students who didn’t.2. The students who participated in the program are statistically proved some meaningful enhancement in ‘Psychological Well–being Scale’, compared to the students who didn’t. 3. The students who participated in the program are revealed the increase of SPANE–P score, the decrease of SPANE–N, and the SPANE–B score was enhanced, compared to the students who didn’t. 4. The students who participated in the positive psychological strength program are unfold the decrease of Depression score, compared to the students who didn’t.
