The purpose of this study was to develop a Narrative approach based on Interpersonal Neurobiology an Integrative Group Counseling Program to improve social support of College students, and to examine the effectiveness of such a program. In order to evaluate the effectiveness, an experimental group which was exposed to the program and a control group without exposure to the program were compared. The program was administered over six weekly sessions, each session is composed of ninety minutes. An experimental group and a control group were organized with six students, three male and three female in each. The findings of this study were as follows: The treatment group exhibited a significant statistically increasing degree of Social Support Scale, in comparison to the control group. The results of the study indicated the effectiveness of Narrative approach based on Interpersonal Neurobiology Group Counseling Program on awareness of getting social support from interpersonal relationship.
