This paper was to study the organic relations of orientation, hope, and daily spiritual experience of college students. For this, the result of a survey on the 109 people marked the Christian of religion among the 290 J college students located in Jeollabukdo was as follows. First, christians who attend weekly the worship regularly showed that more actively religious activities and personal prayer. Second, extrinsic religious orientation has had a significant difference in the time for the baptism and the personal prayer, intrinsic orientation showed significant differences in worship, religious activities, prayer. Third, the effect of the existence and non–existence of the christianity, religious orientation, and hope on the daily spirituality, the significant correlation between the intrinsic and the daily spiritual has been verified, the external and sub– factors of hope waypower and agency have no influence on a daily spiritual experiences significantly. Based on these, we discussed the implications and limitations of this study and future research.
