The purpose of this study was to explore what supervisee experienced in the process of narrative identities and using metaphor in narrative approach supervision. In order to explore the experiences of supervisee in narrative approach supervision, it is interviewed six counselors who have been supervised for licensed counselor. The time of supervision experiences in supervisee group is from 13 times to 70 times. All of data in interview was analyzed according to the qualitative case research method, after survey form was analyzed, too. The findings of this study in which the supervisee’s experiences during narrative approach supervision with metaphor were as follows: First, regardless of duration of career in counseling job and supervision time, via the experiences in narrative approach supervision with metaphor, Supervisee could find what kind of intervention they did in process, reciprocal relationship with clients, the value in Christianity as a counselor, which is dealing on counselor’s burnout. The second, The using with metaphor in supervision could help to find visual memories and awareness, their resources, supplement and forward milestone. In the using with metaphor in supervision, the tracking method is useful to let supervisee think that narrative approach offer different experiences.
