The purpose of this study is to investigate symbol structures of self–awareness, other–awareness, and relation of catholic religious, and therefore, to understand core of their experience and its symbolic meanings through psychological diagnostic assessment using figures. The study was analyzed based on the analysis method of figure–using assessment manual and the results were as follows. In relation to the self–awareness level shown on animal figures, they represented independence, defense/survival. Other–awareness, which was shown on number 1 symbol structures, represents safety, sense of security, and the integration towards positive hope. Number 2 represents balance and harmony in the energy. Additionally, the relation pattern of catholic religious was proved to be balanced, purpose–oriented, and avoidant. This study provides valuable information for efficient intervention to catholic religious by understanding their awareness level and relation pattern by figure–using diagnostic assessment.
