가족구조와 사용 매체의 변화가 빠르게 나타나고 있는 사회 환경 속에서 기독교 상담 고유의 정체성 유지와 기독교 상담자들의 진로 개척은 학계와 상담현장 모두에게 시급한 과제이다. 외부에서 바라보는 기독교 상담의 자리는 상담자의 높은 만족도에도 불구하고 취업의 제한과 불안정한 고용으로 취약성과 불안정성이 나타난다. 이에 기독교 상담 전공자/실천가들의 디아코니아 신학 실천과 사회적 진출을 확대하기 위하여 다음을 제안한다. 첫째, 기존 면대면 상담에서 모바일 앱 및 기독교 상담 플랫폼 개발 등을 통한 상담환경 확장과 개발을 제안한다. 둘째, 자격증 관리와 개발에 있어 적합 자격 개발과 교육 및 복지계열 연계를 제안한다. 셋째, 일반 상담 자격 기준 중심의 학부/대학원 교과목을 넘어 교회 현장에 부응하는 과목을 개발하고 자격 과목 간 호환성을 높이기를 제안한다. 넷째, 가족 중심의 기독교 상담 콘텐츠에서 한 걸음 나아가 심리적 확대가족 구성 목표, 교회교육/복지연계 융합서비스 시스템 구축, 상담지원 통합코디네이터 양성과 양성 프로그램 개발 등을 제안한다. 기독교 상담의 새로운 패러다임 구축을 위하여 교회, 학과, 학회의 실제적이고 통합적인 논의가 요청된다.
The identity maintaining of Korean Christian counseling and the mapping out Christian counselors’ path are urgent issues in the rapid change of family structure and media. The Christian counseling shows vulnerability and instability in employment despite the higher job satisfaction from outside. So, for expanding social advancement and practicing the Diakonia theology of Korean Christian counselors, I will propose the following; first, through developing mobile apps and constructing christian counseling platform, it needs expanding counseling environment and developing the new counseling modules. second, we should consider developing the certificates triggering demands and making connections with education and welfare field, Third, developing the subjects meeting the needs of the church and raising the compatibility in the subjects for certificates. forth, taking account of the counseling goals to psychological extended family, constructing integrated counseling service system and cultivating counseling coordinators for integrated support. There need cooperation and discussions with the church, academia and Christian/pastoral counseling society for the new Christian counseling paradigm.
