This qualitative research focuses on how Korean Third Culture Kids(KTCK) adjust after returning to Korea in their teenager. To understand and describe the path of KTCK’s adjustment throughly, narrative inquiry was used. The narratives of three participants show common characteristics among the KTCK’s adjustment. First of all, while adjusting to Korea, they experience re-entry culture shock. Secondly, preparation for college is an important factor for adjusting KTCK in Korea. Thirdly, Supportive relationships-family, friends, and God-play a significant role in readjustment. Last but not least, sense of heterogeneity in Korea leads to their identity of margin-ality. Based on Lee’s marginality theory, KTCK is a new margi-nality(In-beyond). They have both positive and negative traits of marginality. As marginality, KTCK can understand and embrace other marginality as well. With capacity to embrace other margin-ality, KTCK can make a change and affect others.
