본 연구의 목적은 기독 대학생의 내면화된 수치심과 섭식태도의 관계에서 하나님 애착이 갖는 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 기독 대학생을 대상으로 내면화된 수치심, 섭식태도, 하나님 애착 변수를 중심으로 하여 설문조사를 실시하고, 총 303부의 자료를 SPSS 21.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 수집된 자료를 가지고 내면화된 수치심, 하나님 애착, 섭식태도 간의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관분석을 실시하였고, 내면화된 수치심과 섭식태도의 관계에서 하나님 애착이 매개하는지를 알아보기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과로는 첫째, 내면화된 수치심과 섭식태도, 하나님 애착 간에는 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 내면화된 수치심은 섭식태도에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 하나님 애착은 내면화된 수치심과 섭식태도의 관계를 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 섭식문제를 겪고 있는 기독 대학생들에 대한 이해 및 임상적 시사점에 대해 논의하였다.
The purpose of the study is to examine the mediating effect of attachment to God on the relationship between internalized shame and eating attitude among Christian college students. The research data on a total of 303 christian college students were collected and analyzed using SPSS 21.0. Correlation analysis were conducted for relationship among internalized shame, attachment to God, and eating attitude. And multiple regression test was conducted for examining role of attachment to God. The results of this study were as follows. First, there was a significantly positive correlation between all the variables. Second, the results showed that shame had a positive effect on eating attitude. Third, the results showed that attachment to God had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between shame and eating attitude. Based on these results, understanding of Chris-tian students with eating problems and clinical implications were discussed.
