목적: 본 연구는 국내의 고령자 치매와 관련된 간호연구의 동향을 분석하여 향후 연구방향을 제시하고자하였다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 국내에서 고령자의 치매 관련 간호연구의 동향을 파악하기 위하여 KISS, KERIS 데이터베이스를 활용하여 1990년부터 2020년까지의 문헌을 분석한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구결과: 양적연구가 대다수를 차지하였으며, 주로 치매노인의 신체적, 인지적, 행동적, 사회심리적 요인과 더불어 치매노인의 가족, 간호사, 간병인(요양보호사)의 인지적, 행동적, 사회심리적 요인과 관련된 연구가 많았다. 결론: 본 연구는 국내 고령자 치매 관련 간호연구 동향을 분석하여 향후 치매와 관련된 실증적 기초자료를제공했다는데 의의가 있다.
Objective : The purpose of this study is to analyze trends in nursing research on dementia in the elderly in Korea and to provide empirical evidence and research directions for future dementia-related research. Methods : This study is a descriptive research conducted to identify trends in nursing research on dementia in t he e lderly in Korea. u sing s ystem atic l iterature r eview from 1 990 t o 2020. Results : Quantitative studies accounted for the majority, and many studies were related to physical, cognitive, behavioral, and socio-psychological factors of elderly people with dementia, as well as cognitive, behavioral, and socio-psychological factors of their families, nurses, and caregivers. Conclusion : The significance of this study lies in its analysis of domestic trends in nursing research on dementia in the elderly, thereby providing empirical foundation for future research planning.
