[Objective] The purpose of the study was to develop an integrated program on sexuality, love, and life that could be used in Catholic Confirmation preparation programs, focusing on the lives experienced by adolescents. [Contents] This study examines the meaning of maturity in the context of a youth Confirmation preparation program, the doctrine of Confirmation and sexuality as themes for such a program, and Thomas Groom's pedagogy for application to the program. It explores the structure of a Confirmation preparation program that supports the healthy and happy lives of youth experiencing holistic growth and reflects the similarities between the natural and spiritual stages of life, as they mature into mature believers. [Conclusions] The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, maturity for youth extends beyond holistic maturity to the community level and includes practicing care for creation appropriate for the new era. Second, the detailed program was designed by reconstructing the main themes of the doctrine of Confirmation and the key themes of sex, love, and life. Third, the five-stage structure, based on Thomas Groom's educational theory, allows faith, which begins in life, to be lived again. Fourth, the curriculum must allow youth and educators to engage in a process of continuous reflection together.
