본 연구는 키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용하여 최중증 발달장애와 관련된 연구들의 동향을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 ‘최중증 발달장애’와 관련된 최근 10년인 2015-2026년 2월까지 게재된 국내학술지 논문들을 검색하였다. 논문 검색은 학술연구정보서비스(RISS)에서 이뤄졌으며, ‘최중증 발달장애와’ 관련된 최근 10년인 2015-2026년 2월까지 게재된 국내학술지 논문들을 검색하였다. 이에 ‘최중증 발달장애’와 관련된 논문이 첫 출현한 2019년부터 2026년 2월까지 출판된 20편의 논문이 검색되었다. 중복 검색된 논문 1편을 제외하여 최종 분석논문은 19편으로 선정되었다. 이후 키워드 네트워크 분석을 위해 텍스톰(Textom) 프로그램을 이용하여 주요 키워드의 비교분석, 중심성분석을 통해 연결중심성, 매개중심성을 확인하였다. 또한 클러스터링 분석을 통해 시각화하여 제시하였다. 분석결과, ‘기관’, ‘성인’. ‘지원’, ‘종사자’, ‘도전행동’ 등의 용어들이 추출되었으며, 키워드의 비교분석을 위해 TF-IDF, N-gram 또한 유사한 결과가 도출되었다. 클러스터링 분석을 통해서는 3개의 군집이 확인되었으며, 3개의 군집은 ‘도전행동 중재 및 지원서비스 제도의 제한점’, ‘프로그램 적용’, ‘종사자 직무 강화의 필요성’으로 각각 명명하였다. 본 연구결과를 기반으로 최중증 발달장애와 관련된 국내의 연구 동향을 분석하고, 향후 연구방향에 대해 논의 및 제언하였다.
This study aimed to analyze research trends related to the most severe developmental disabilities using keyword network analysis. To this end, domestic academic journal articles related to ‘the most severe developmental disabilities’ published over the past 10 years, from 2015 to February 2026, were searched. The search was conducted via the Research Information Service (RISS), specifically targeting articles related to ‘the most severe developmental disabilities’ published in domestic journals over the past 10 years, from 2015 to February 2026. Consequently, 20 articles published from 2019, when articles related to ‘the most severe developmental disabilities’ first appeared, to February 2026 were retrieved. After excluding one duplicate article, 19 articles were selected for the final analysis. Subsequently, the Textom program was used for keyword network analysis to verify connectivity centrality and betweenness centrality through comparative analysis of major keywords and centrality analysis. Additionally, the results were visualized and presented through clustering analysis. The analysis results showed ‘institution’, ‘adult’. Terms such as ‘support,’ ‘employees,’ and ‘challenging behaviors’ were extracted, and TF-IDF and N-gram analyses for comparative keyword analysis yielded similar results. Through clustering analysis, three clusters were identified and named ‘Limitations of the challenging behavior intervention and support service system,’ ‘Program application,’ and ‘Necessity for strengthening employee duties,’ respectively. Based on the results of this study, domestic research trends related to severe developmental disabilities were analyzed, and future research directions were discussed and suggested.
