본 연구는 사회복지 환경의 다변화에 따른 복지계의 대응과 복지 수요자의 다양 화된 욕구를 채워주기 위해 복지실천현장에서 요구하는 전문인을 양성하기위한 대 학 사회복지학과의 교과목 개편 필요성에 대해 논의하였다. 이를 위해 복지현장의 패러다임 변화에 요구되는 교과목 개편의 의미를 점검하고 선진국의 복지교육 제 도의 도입과정과 복지환경 변화에서 전문성교육의 개편 함의를 살펴보며 이를 통 해 한국 사회복지교육에 주는 시사점을 고찰하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 변화된 환 경에서 다양한 수요에 대처하기 위한 사회복지사 양성을 위해 사회서비관리론, 요 양복지론, 다문화복지론, 다문화상담론, 사회복지경영론, 사회적기업론, 복지마케팅 론 등의 사회복지학과 교과목 도입 필요성을 도출하였다.
This research is to discuss the need for curriculum reform in universities' social welfare department in order to foster professionals who can deal with the diversity in the social welfare field and fulfill the diverse needs of end users. Hence, this paper delves into the introduction of the welfare education system in developed countries, and its implications for Korea's social welfare education. The conclusion of this research is that the following courses are required to foster welfare professionals who can cope with various needs in a changing environment: mandatory course in social service management theory(voucher welfare business theory), care welfare theory, social welfare management theory, social enterprise theory, etc. Also to manage the younger generation's problems such as serious internet game addictions, youth welfare course necessitates revision and supplementary materials.
