The study analyzed the satisfaction of public servants in Korean National Assembly and Local Councils with education and training which supported legislative activities. It also analyzed the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) related to the satisfaction. According to the satisfaction with education and training considered as the process, the hypothesis of SEM was designed by expectation-disconfirmation theory. As the research method, a questionnaire was used. The total number of 581 public servants (345 in National Assembly, 236 in Local Councils) responded to the questionnaire. The goodness of fit of the hypothesis of SEM related to education and training which researcher set up was significant. The results of model fitness showed that the hypothetical model generally fit into data. The hypothetical model was fitter than competing model with the goodness of fit index as NFI, TLI, CFI, and RMSEA. To conclude, hypothesis of SEM which the researcher set up on the basis of the expectation-disconfirmation theory comprised the variables of expectation, perceived performance, disconfirmation and satisfaction of education and training, are quite persuasive. The result of the analysis related to significant of the path of hypothesis model of structural equation showed that most of paths had influence on the causality of satisfaction with education and training.
