본 연구는 치매노인 가족 주부양자를 대상으로 부양부담에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 부양부담을 경감시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하기 위하여, 수도권에 소재한 노인요양시설에서 요양보호서비스를 받고 있는 치매노인 가족의 주부양자 164명을 대상으로 2011년 8월 1일부터 2011년 9월 30일까지 시설을 직접 방문하여 설문조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 14.0을 이용하였으며, 본 연구 결과 학력과 종교가 정서적 부양부담에 영향을 미치고 있었으며 치매정도에 따라 정서적 부양부담이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사회적 지지와 사회적 배경이 높을수록 주부양자가 느끼는 부양부담은 낮아짐을 알 수 있었다.
This study is intended for Dementia Caregivers with family caregiving burden by analyzing the factors affecting the ways to mitigate the burden of caregiving in order to propose, nursing facilities located in the metropolitan area in the elderly with dementia are receiving care services, family Caregivers of 164 patients from 1 August 2011 until 30 September 2011 were surveyed by visits to facilities. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 14.0, the results of this study of education and religion affect the emotional burden of caregiving was emotionally depending on the degree of dementia caregiving burden were improved.
