The purpose of this study is to provide how to improve the senior industry in Korea, as one of the method which is being suggested in order to work out the solution to the aged society problem. To carry out this study, have collected and been used all related material, data, literature, newspaper, Journal and Internet material, report of the organization such as Korean Association of Senior Industry, the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Korea Conference of Social Welfare. As a result of this study are revision of the laws related to the senior welfare, construction, medical and developing of related system are required to be made. And government has to transform their passive and negative mind about the senior industry into active and positive mind. Specially, in the residential house area, the private enterprises should be able to invest actively in order to supply the aged residential house which is multifaceted and considered the senior's income and safety of facilities. For this investment, supporting of bank loan and benefit of cutting tax to the private enterprises are required necessarily. In conclusion, improvement of senior industry can come to not only the solution of the aged problem but also the nation with the high advanced welfare system. Therefore, the government should increase the special investment and support to private business and private enterprise should participate in encouraging the aged industries though contributing to the social welfare rather than chasing too much profit. The elderly, then, can become achieved desirable living, find it comfortable.
