Scholarship to improve teachers\' teaching ability and their lesson technology plays an
important role to raise lessons\' quality, considering that qualitative level of young children\'s
education depends on teachers\' qualitative level very much. To achieve a successful scholarship,
school inspectors who are subjects of scholarship and teachers should have a close relation and
an efficient conference with each other. Therefore, evaluation of scholarship should be scientific
and consistent so that teachers may trust accept scholarship positively. To achieve it, a standard
chart of a concrete and objective lesson evaluation to evaluate scholarship has the necessity to
be developed. Such a standard chart of lesson evaluation can be used to be an objective and
efficient instrument of evaluation for in-kindergarten self-control scholarship as self-scholarship,
colleague scholarship and more enforced for the most part in kindergartens as well as
scholarship by school inspectors. Therefore, the purpose of the study was to develop a standard
chart to evaluate an objective lesson by selecting team game lessons out of kindergarten lessons
and to examine reality applying the standard chart to scholarship in various ways. The study
developed the final standard chart of team game lesson evaluation through the 1st preliminary
instrument development and the 2nd preliminary instrument development, including items as
stage of plan, stage of practiceⅠ(Teaching strategy), stage of practiceⅡ(Class operation) and
stage of evaluation. The developed standard chart of team game lesson evaluation was utilized
to be an instrument of evaluation for scholarship at the time of enforcing scholarship according
to three-stage model of clinical scholarship. As the result, an affirmative scores by the standard
chart of evaluation were increased according to lesson frequency was increased and the study
could confirm an effect by the standard chart of team game lesson evaluation through
statement in a post-conference.
