By introducing a special selection system for matriculation of students with disabilities who need special education, the opportunities for higher education of students with disabilities have been expanded. However, their adequate academic performance with the compensation of disabilities were rare to be found due to the lack of the education support system. In a institute which has an exceptional matriculation program for students with disabilities, it should be developed the model of comprehensive and systematic support which include the establishment of the administrative support system, various learning support services, and the installation of accessible facilities. But the resources about this topic has not much done yet. This Study is aimed to investigate the actual condition and the characteristics about school life, academic(school work) performance, personal relationship, career and employment through analyzing the materials which are gathered by way of individual in-depth interview with three of the those students with disabilities and the survey with questionnaires of 60 students with disabilities who were admitted through the special selection system. As a result, the support service program was developed for being guaranteed more qualitative right of study, enhancing the quality of life of students with disabilities through the education support system.
