The purpose of this study was to investigate behavior characteristics of contactdetonation factor, prodrome and aura, and recovery phase behavior on the seizures of students with cerebral palsy. The subject of this study were 20 students with cerebral palsy. This study was accomplished by interview with students and response on the observation questionnaire of class teachers. The observation questionnaire was written by class teachers for 6 months in Pusan, Taegu, and Suwon. The results were analyzed using frequency and percentage and divided into there section：the characteristics of contract-detonation factor, the symptom of prodrome and aura, and the behavior characteristics of recovery phase. The results of this study were as follows; First, epileptic seizures are the symptoms that lead you take your child to a physician. In many case these symptoms reprecent a specific syndrome which includes not only the seizure but also the condition causing the seizure. Second, the contract-detonation factors of seizures were physical stimulations such as tiredness, the lack of sleep, and overeating. Especially students with cerebral palsy had high possibility of a seizure in the cloudy, rainy and humid day. Third, among the stimulus disposition of prodrome for students with cerebral palsy accompanying seizures, physical stimulus, psychological stimulus were high in response frequency in next order respectively. The characteristics of aura included several symptoms such as dizziness, a dull headache, tiredness, convulsion, powerlessness, and indistinctness. Finally, loss of consciousness, sleep, impotence of body, and tiredness represented high percentage in several behavior of recovery phase after seizures. Other characteristics of recovery phase included urinary incontinence sore of body, unconscious behavior, and headache. The implications of this study could be summarized as follows; First, it is necessary to study a follow-up research to get date related to seasons, weather condition for longer period than 6 months. Seconds, the later studies should include research about educational issues and educational coping strategies for student with epilepsy.
