This study started from the argument that students with disabilities should be fully participate
d in subject classes of general curriculum, that is, inclusive education. It set its goal as developing e-Learning contents focusing on social subjects for students with disabilities in inclusive setting to approach further the general curriculum.
There were a range of discussions on why e-Learning contents should be developed and impl
emented. In order to achieve the goal, this study considered, especially, social subjects based up on its characteristics, curriculum, adapted curriculum, e-Learning system, and so on.
The sample of the learning contents and curriculum used in this study was selected from the
chapter 1, 2, and 3 of social subjects for the third grade elementary students. The sample was
adapted for making e-Learning contents of social subject. The main learning and activities elements were extracted from the adapted contents.
This study investigated the process of developing e-Learning materials through analyzing soci
al subjects of the Spring semester for the third grade students in elementary school. Then it presented application plans how e-learning contents and learning materials can apply to inclusive classes and home schools.
