In many museums including Jeonju National Museum, school liaison program that targets a group of students is being conducted actively. However, there are not enough systematic program developments and methods of connection with school yet. Especially, the museum education demand from school regarding creative experience activity and personality education has increased despite lack of preparation between school and museum. It can be proposed following methods in order to complement these problems and educate students with more substantial and interesting school training using the local museum. Firstly, it should be utilized education for the creative personality carried out by Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. Through each local museum and museum cooperation network, the respective local Office of Education-based business cooperation is necessary methodically. The Museum educators, Curators, Supervisor and Teachers should establish and implement long-term education management policy systematically. The education requirements about taking full advantage of attribute of the museum and student's needs in the museum should be analyzed. Secondly, teaching evaluation system should be developed for analyzing educational effects. As students with diverse forms spend a lot of time in the museum, learning effect should be analyzed and examined. The museum educator and teacher can keep observing and analyzing process of change caused by museum education activity. Through children's expectations about museum, change of awareness of museum, interesting and concerning of the students about the history and culture, change of attitude towards cultural heritage and all that sort of things, learning outcome can be figured out accurately. It is also important that Museum experts and school education specialists need to work together to create indicators and evaluation questions.
