The research tried to observe a relationship between organizational culture of Chinese
child care teacher and influence of organized effective result. Appeared with the fact that
first, the organizational culture of Chinese child care teacher with court rank aimful
culture and relationship aimful culture is high, with duty satisfaction of organized
effectiveness also the organization immersion also appeared with the fact that is a high
level. Second, with organizational culture and organized effectiveness of Chinese child
care teacher is showing the interrelation which is close, the relationship intention/task
aimful culture with organized effectiveness has the more close relationship, and to duty
satisfaction, in case of organization immersion, shows that a close relationship with the
task aimful culture. Third, the effects on the organizational culture of Chinese child care
teacher in organized effectiveness are the relationship aimful culture affects on duty
satisfaction and the task aimful culture affects on organization immersion. The
organizational culture which child care teacher of China perceives show court rank
aimful culture and the relationship aimful culture appears highly, but organized
effectiveness , the organizational culture which affects on the duty satisfaction and
organization immersion are relationship aimful culture and the task aimful culture.
