Purpose: This research is descriptive research that investigate the effect of Job consciousness and adaptation resilience
of saeteomin on self efficacy. Method: Data had been collected with questionnaires for 146 people who are over 20 and
lived in Seoul from June 15th to July 14th 2010. Results: The mean scores that 3.67(±.51), 3.35 (±.37) and 청소년
(±.33) points for adaptation resilience, consciousness of job and self efficacy respectively. Also, adaptation resilience of
saeteomin has relation about 17.1% for self efficacy. Moreover, in effect of job consciousness on adaptation resilience and
self efficacy, job consciousness as a control variable is appeared to be significant in the intimacy for adaptation
resilience. Conclusion: As a results that consciousness of job as a control variable has effects on the relationship between
adaptation resilience and self efficacy, it is necessary to attempt to increase the goal of internal progress and
chance to have cultural firmness. And it is also necessary to implement the job consciousness to them with social support
and considering data from this research.
