The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of job stress and ego resilience,
emotional intelligence long-term care worker on the intention of job satisfaction. In order to
achieve the purpose of this study, data were collected from about 214 people in the
long-term care agencies working in the long-term care worker.
Long-term care worker groups separated by a motivator group and hygiene group,
difference of means test and multiple regression analysis was conducted based on the
Herzberg's motivation-hygiene theory (motivation-hygiene theory). results to examine of
difference of means test, Hygiene group compared to the motivator group higher job stress
analysis, job satisfaction, ego resilience, emotional intelligence was low. result of the multiple
regression analysis, job stress, ego resiliency, emotional intelligence as independent variables
on effect of job satisfaction of long-term care worker, higher of job stress was found lower
of job satisfaction and higher ego-resilience, emotional intelligence was found higher of job
satisfaction. Finally, results to examine of mediating effect of ego-resilience and emotional
intelligence, ego resilience and emotional intelligence was found partial mediating effect.
According to the results of this study, It is rewarding to be able to find long-term care
worker who requires a comprehensive and systematic management. It should made for active
management for long-term care worker of job stress, ego-resilience and emotional
intelligence to improve psychological and social approach.
