This thesis was planned to give life to multilateral aspects that criticism of Xun Zi is condensing about Huishi philosophy. Therefore, this thesis has criticized Huishi's Dongyi discussion, Name/Reality Discussion and equalitarianism in a standpoint of Xun Zi. In criticism of Dongyi discussion of Huishi, Xun Zi had criticized that it sees not only a true shape of concrete reality in a narrow view, but also distorts so far as by not properly grasping the correlation between equality and difference. In criticism of Name/Reality discussion of Huishi, Xun Zi had criticized that it forgot sociality of language and fell into relative and arbitrary Name/Reality discussion by wrongly setting criteria adjusting an estranged Name/Reality relationship. In conclusion, in criticism on equalitarianism of Huishi, Xun Zi had criticized in that it is planning disorder of the society as a prescription isolated from reality.
