본 연구는 인문적 스포츠 영재교육 프로그램의 개발과 적용을 통해, 그 효과를 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위 해 문헌분석과 전문가 회의를 통해 인문적 스포츠 영재교육 프로그램을 개발하였고, 한얼대학교 스포츠영재센터 에서 초등학교 저학년과 고학년 40명을 대상으로 프로그램을 적용하였다. 자료의 수집을 위해 수업에 참여한 학 생과 학부모를 대상으로 하여 심층면담을 실시하였으며, 참여관찰과 현지문헌을 활용하였다. 그 결과 인문적 스 포츠 영재교육 프로그램의 효과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 학생들에게 나타난 스포츠 영재교육 프로그램의 효과는 '자아의 성숙', '긍정적 스포츠로의 이미지 전환', '운동 수행력의 향상'으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 학부모에게 나타난 효과는 '스포츠 영재교육의 책무성 인식', '삶으로서의 스포츠 인식', '스포츠 멘토로서의 역할 인식'으로 범주화되었다. 위의 연구 결과를 통해 인문적 스포츠 영재교육 프로그램은 ‘스포츠관’, ‘교육관’, ‘교사관’의 변화를 이끌 수 있음을 유추할 수 있다.
The primary purpose of this study is to explore the effects through developing and implementation of Humanities-Oriented Sport Gifted Education Program(HOSGEP). In regards to developing HOSGEP, documentation analysis and expert meeting were used. 40 third to sixth grade students of elementary school at Sports Gifted Center of Han-Ul University were applied to the HOSGEP. For data collection; in-depth interviews about students and their parents, participant observation, cultural assets from field were done. The results on the effects on HOSGEP as follows. First, the effects for students were identified ‘maturing oneself’, ‘changing image of sport positively’, and ‘improving performance capability’. Second, the effects for parents were identified ‘realizing accountabilities of sports gifted education’, ‘recognizing sport as life’, and ‘perceiving oneself as sport mentor’. These results suggest that HOSGEP can lead the change of ‘sport view’, ‘education view’, and ‘educator view’.
