The purpose of this study is to develop the creativity-personality(CP) educational program for pre-service-preschool educators and to explore the effectiveness of the program. The program first developed by doing literature research and next consulted by the educational specialists for verifying the face-validity. The goals of the educational program for the pre-service preschool educators were acquiring knowledge, technology and attitude of the CP education in early childhood educational settings. The contents of the educational program included the factors of creativity-personality, of creativity and of personality. The instruction methods of the program included discussion, lecture, action learning, micro-teaching, problem-based learning, cooperative learning, modeling, demonstration. The pre-service teachers' reflective writing and standardized test(CPS-R) carried out as the evaluation method. In order to find out the effectiveness of the CP educational program, 36 D college students as an experimental group and 36 C college students as a control group were participated on this study. The research tool developed by Ha Ju Hyun etc used for the creativity and personality test. The data were analyzed by ANCOVA using SPSS 15.0. The study result show that the program was positively effective for cultivating knowledge for the education of pre-service early childhood teachers' creativity and personality.
