The goal of this study is to investigate the effects and relations affecting the quality of life of adults
with cerebral palsy and to ascertain ways to improve the quality of their lives through preliminary data
for the target of intervention, method and policy suggestions. The people surveyed for this study consisted
of 102 adults with cerebral palsy, who are using welfare Institutes for The Disabled in communities.
The findings of this study were as follows: First, the quality of life, a sense of self-efficacy and social
support were normal but, depression was elevated. Second, the factors that affected the quality of life
influenced remarkable changes where the sense of self-efficacy was highest in the factors, followed by
subjective health condition, depression and living arrangement. Based on the result of this study, this
researcher tried to find practical implication to improve the quality of life of adults with cerebral palsy.
