본 연구는 장애인생활시설 종사자를 대상으로 직무만족도의 수준과 직무만족도가 삶에 질에 미 치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해서 조사를 하였다. 경기도 지역의 25개 시설에서 비확률표집의 편의 샘 플링(convenience sampling)방법으로 263부를 분석하였다. 연구결과 장애인생활시설 종사자들의 직 무만족도는 전체적으로 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 삶의 질의 5개 영역에서도 평균값이 보통 보 다 낮은 수준으로 나타났다. 특히 심리적 건강은 보통 수준 이하로 종사자들의 심리적 건강이 그 다지 좋지 않음으로 파악되었다. 이와 같이 장애인생활시설 종사자의 낮은 직무만족도는 삶의 질 에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
This research study was carried out to look at the impact on the quality level of job satisfaction and job satisfaction in the lives Disabled Living Facility Worker destination. 25 facilities in the Gyeonggi-do area of a 263 call of non-probability sampling method of convenience sampling (convenience sampling) were analyzed.
