The Wonjom(원점) system to promote the attendance of students was at the Sungkyunkwan in the former term of the Choson dynasty, and Daesasung(대사성) controled attendance of the students as the Wonjom system. But because the Wonjom system was connected with the civil service examination system(과거제도), the students acquired only Wonjom as the wrong methods. And because of contradiction in the Wonjom system itself, the students did not attend well at Sungkyunkwan. The result studied as this viewpoint, from Taecho (태조) to Sungchong(성종) except Secho(세조) centralized, operated the civil service examination of giving the first consideration to the Siknuensi(식년시), been beauty of the students manners, the students attended somehow or other at Sungkyunkwan. On the other hand, from Yonsankun(연산군) to Suncho(선조) defaced of the students manners, wakened the sovereign powers, conflicted with the political organizations, the students did not attend at Sungkyunkwan.
