In Korea, the theoretic and systematic study on school organizational effectiveness has not done yet. The purpose of this study was to investigate the variables and to establish the conceptual framework for school organizational effectiveness.
This study examined through the related literature concerned with the present study subject; concept, theoretical rationale. methodological approaches and the criteria of organizational effectiveness.
The conceptual framework of school organizational effectiveness developed by the result of this study is;
