최근 아동학대는 심각한 사회문제로 대두되고 있다. 일반적으로 아동학대란 아동에게 신체적, 정신적, 사회적, 교육적, 법적인 측면에서 다각적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 본 연구는 아동학대의 발생원인과 유형별 분석을 통하여 조치방안을 강구하고자 한다. 먼저 아동학대의 발생원인을 부모를 중심으로 가정 내에서 발생함을 밝히고 있다. 그 발생원인에는 사회적 원인, 정신적 원인, 아내학대에 따른 중복 발생 등으로 구분한다. 중복학대, 방임, 정서학대, 신체학대, 성학대 등으로 분류할 수 있다. 이러한 근거를 바탕으로 하여 조치방안으로 다양화와 개별화를 통한 조치, 아동보호서비스의 제공을 통한 조치, 학대피해아동에 대한 조치, 아동학대 유형별 조치 등을 제시한다.
Recently child abuse is becoming a serious social issue. Basically when it comes to child abuse, there are a lot of ways to have an effect for child physically, mentally, socially, educationally and legally. The research of this is focusing on an action plan to the problem by analysis for each type and cause of occurrence of child abuse. First of all, a cause of child abuse is appeared based on parents in the family. More detail, there have several sections known as social cause, mental cause, and an abused wife, which makes duplicate occurrence (duplicate abuse, neglect, emotional abuse, physical abuse, sexual abuse) of child abuse. With these grounds, this research offers four actions: action of diversification and individualization, child protective services, following up abused child, and child abuse category.
