In Junior Teacher’s College and College of Education, it is necessary that the development of Population eduation course should be aimed at the effective instruction of such subject matters as social studies, science, health education and home science in elementary and secondary Schools because of curriculum innovation to be infused population topics for 1972 to 1974. Therefore this study was planned out the tentative plan on objectives of and content for population education in teacher’s college with retrospective reference of Korean and worldwide level. The Objectives were clearly stated on the basis of the ultimate goal of population education as Better Quality of Life through Family Planning Behavior.
