The purpose of this research is to investigate a training program that enhances the balance and muscular function of a
bowler and improves ball speed. 8 weeks of physical training had been proceeded for the bowler’s training program. This
research had been conducted by players in a business team. Players participating as subject had been tested before and after 8
weeks of balance and muscular function enhancement training. Players had been tested for 4~6 hours, and had plenty of rest
during the test. Post test had been took a week after the National Games.
Body composition basic physical strength, and professional physical strength had been organized as observation factors, and
for muscular strength factor of basic physical strength, half squat 1RM and back strength had been selected. Seated flexion had
been selected for flexibility, and MFT balance. Strength of hip joint, knee, and waist had been measured for isokinetic muscular
strength . Ball speed had been measured with a speed gun.
