본 연구는 세계화(globalization)가 청소년의 삶과 청소년과 관련된 정책과 프로그램 등 청소년분야 전 반에 주는 의미와 영향에 대해 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 다양한 국내외 문헌을 분석하 여||| 세계화의 개념과 특성을 고찰하고||| 그것이 청소년의 삶과 관련하여 어떠한 변화를 가져다 주고 있는 지를 정치||| 경제||| 사회문화||| 정보통신 등의 네가지 측면에서 탐색한다. 아울러||| 세계화에 따른 청소년분야 전반의 변화적 특성을 글로벌의식과 역량의 개발||| 청소년 국제활동의 증가||| 청소년의 행동화 촉진||| 한류 의 확산과 청소년문화의 변화 등으로 구분하여 알아본다. 청소년에 대한 적극적 관점과 청소년분야에 대 한 새로운 이해가 필요하다는 논의들은 글로벌시대에 더욱 중요한 의미를 갖게 된다.
This study aims to review the effects of the globalization on the life of young people and youth work field as related to policy and program as well as its meaning of current characteristics of today's era. The definition and nature of the globalization was examined and its impact on the change of life style of children and youth in terms of the various aspects of political||| economic||| socio-cultural||| informational technology. The transformative characteristics of youth work field by globalization was analyzed. The globalization affects global awareness and capacity development||| growth of international youth activities||| promotion of youth activism||| and expansion of the Korean wave and change of youth culture. It is more emphasized that new understandings of the positive perspectives on youth and youth work field are necessary in the globalized world socieity.
