The purpose of this study is to suggest a list of preferred books based on the relationship
between Character type and Reading propensity and to verify the achievable effect from Reading
Education on the basis of the book list preferred by Type-6 Children, then eventually, to verify
effect of Reading education program on the basis of the preferred books for each Character
type by designing Reading education program for Type-6 Children’s Character type. As a result,
Type-6 children showed difference on the participation in the class depending on their
relationships with a teacher, and response after continual check rather than immediate response.
In addition to this, it was found that they tended to work sincerely but were not willing to
make presentation in front of other people. Also it was proven that Personalized Reading education
in accordance with each character type was effective.
