본 연구는 서로 다른 운영철학과 서비스 전달체계를 가진 활동지원기관에 포괄적으로 적용될 수 있는 서비스 과정을 탐색하고, 활동지원서비스의 효율성과 효과성을 증진시킬 수 있도록 코디네이 터의 직무를 구조화하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기지역 활동지원기관 코디네이터 167명을 대상으로 직무중요도 인식 및 수행 빈도에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 활동지원서비스 제공과정은 사례관리 관점에 기반하여 인테이크, 사정, 계획, 서비스 제 공, 모니터링, 평가, 종결로 유형화 되었다. 그리고 조사대상자들은 이와 관련된 대부분의 과업에 대해 그 중요도를 높게 인식하였으나 실제 수행은 인테이크와, 활동보조서비스 욕구관련 사정, 매 칭 등에 한정하여 수행되고 있었다.
This study was performed for service procedure and job structure to improve efficiency and effectiveness of service transmission owing to the personal assistance service being applied to service support institutions with different operation philosophy and service transmission system. For this, this study conducted a questionnaire survey for job importance recognition and performance frequency on the subject of 167 coordinators from service support institutions. As a result, supply procedure of personal assistance service based on case management viewpoints was embodied through intake, assessment, planning, service provision(intervention), monitoring, evaluation, and termination. And those surveyed had high recognition on the importance about most related tasks but their actual performance was done within the limit to intake, assessment related with personal assistance service needs, matching.
