박물관교육사의 자질과 역량, 역할수행에 관한 사례연구

본 연구는 현재 박물관 교육현장에서 교육을 진행하고 있는 교육 강사들의 역할과 역량 및 자질을 도출하고자 질적 연구방법을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 교육 강사의 역할로는 수업 전문가, 지식 전문가, 참가자 중재를 도출하였다. 둘째, 교육 강사의 역량으로 지식과 교수활동, 태도를 도출하였으며, 셋째 자질로는 인성적 요소들을 간추렸다. 또한 한 사람의 의견이지만 그들을 관리하는 관리자 입장에서 수업전문가, 프로그램 기획자, 직장인을 교육 강사의 역할로 정리했고, 역 량으로는 지식과 태도, 자질로는 성실성을 도출했다. 단 이러한 연구 결과는 여섯 명이라는 작은 수 의 교육 강사들을 면담하고 관찰하고 좌담하여 얻은 결과라 일반화하는데 무리가 있어 향후 이와 관련하여 이론적 탐색과 양적 연구들이 보충되어야 하는 제한점이 있다.

영문초록

In order to draw out the roles, the capacities and the qualities of education instructors delivering knowledges in museum’s educational fields at present, this study conducted a qualitative research method and drew out following findings. First, it was found that the education instructor took the roles of class expert, knowledge expert, and participants mediator. Second, as the education instructor’s capacities, this study identified the knowledge, the teaching activities and the attitude. Third, as the qualities of education instructor, the personal factors were identified. Besides, in spite of one’s opinion, manager managing education instructors drew out the class expert, program planner and employee as the roles of the education instructor, and also the knowledge, the attitude and the sincerity as the capacities of education instructor. But these findings can’t almost be generalized because they are gotten from small participants of this study, so this study has a shortcoming that some theoretical exploration and quantitative researches should be supplemented in future.
