What teachers must not forget is the fact that the most important environment for pre-schoolers is
“teachers” themselves. Teachers must be able to keep in step with children in order to ensure interactions
with children. Thus, it will be safe to say that being a teacher is being a role model for children. In
order to become a good teacher to provide good environment to children, one must continue to look back
on themselves and take time for introspection to make self-improvement, hence this is study aims to seek
educational teaching methods based on the understanding of human temperaments.
As teachers build relationships with children and need to set a good example to act as role models,
studying on the effectiveness of teaching methods according to their temperaments will be an essential part
in providing high-quality models.
Therefore, the objective of this study is to observe behaviors of both would-be child care teachers and
current child care teachers in services, study on educational teaching methods in accordance with human
temperaments, and promote quality improvement in interactions with pre-schoolers.
