한국적 상담 현장에서의 반영팀의 활용에 대한 상담자의 경험 연구

이 연구에서는 반영팀을 사용하여 이야기치료를 실시한 6명의 상담자들의 반영팀에 대한 경험과 인식을 통해 반영팀의 유용성과 의미를 찾아보았다. 이 연구는 상담자들의 반영팀에 대한 의미 창출 에 주목한 기본적인 해석적 질적 연구이다. 집단 인터뷰를 통해 상담자들의 경험을 듣고 그중에서 3 개의 중심 주제와 7 소주제를 찾아내어 반영팀에 대한 상담자들의 인식과 기대를 정리하였다. 상담자 들은 반영팀이 다양한 시각과 풍부한 이야기 거리를 제공함으로써 상담에 도움이 되었고, 상담자와 내담자 사이의 권력관계 긴장을 감소시키는데에도 기여했다고 보았다. 또한 반영팀은 개방성과 현실 감, 동지애를 제공하여 포스트모던 가치와 철학을 상담에서 실천할 수 있었던 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 전문가 반영팀을 슈퍼비전 대용으로 사용하면 상담의 수준을 상당히 높여갈 것으로 보았다.

Objectives: This study explores the effectiveness and meaning of reflecting-team practices in therapeutic environments in Korea. Method: Six therapists who conducted therapy sessions with reflecting teams participated in this qualitative study. Results: Three main themes and seven sub-themes were found as the result of the group interview. Participants reported that the reflecting teams were beneficial in providing different perspectives and in enriching clients' narratives. Additionally, they were helpful in lowering tensions present between therapists and clients. The reflecting teams provided a sense of openness to the therapy and created a supportive environment in which clients felt the sense of reality and partnership with team members. Conclusions: Reflecting teams can contribute to the culture of therapy, both as an alternative to supervision and as a means of helping both clients and therapists.
