본 연구의 목적은 20주간의 유산소 운동강도의 차이가 정상집단과 비만과 인슐린저항성 집단의 Glucose, Insulin, HOMA-IR 및 GLUT2., GLUT4 유전자의 발현변화에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 실시하였다. 본 연구의 대상자는 40∼50세의 중년 여성으로 정 상 집단(n=20)과 비만과 인슐린저항성 집단(n=20) 총 40명으로 선정하였다. 실험기간은 총 20주이고, 주 3회, 1회 운동시간은 30∼ 80분이며, 측정항목으로 Glucose, Insulin, HOMA-IR, GLUT2 및 GLUT4 등을 측정하였다. 자료처리방법은 반복측정 이원변량분석 (two-way ANOVA with repeated measure)을 이용하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, Glucose의 0, 10주차, 20주차를 비교한 결과 집단 간에서만 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.022). 둘째, Insulin과 HOMA-IR의 0, 10주차, 20주차를 비교한 결과 측정 시 기 간에서만 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.008; p<.004). 셋째, GLUT2와 GLUT4의 0, 10주차, 20주차를 비교한 결과 증가한 수치를 볼 수 있었으며 시기별 10주차와 20주차에 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.001, p<.001).

영문초록

The purpose of this study is the difference in strength of 20 weeks of aerobic exercise in two group. The subjects of this study were totally 40(n=20 in the normal group, n=20 in the obesity group). The subjects was provided with 3 times per week of participation in 20 week periods each of which was taken 30-80 minutes. They were assessed for the Glucose, Insulin, HOMA-IR, GLUT2 & GLUT4 in both group. The collected data were analyzed by Two-way ANOVA. The result indicated that. First, Glucose, the two groups of 0, 10weeks, 20weeks on a comparison of measurements significant difference among the groups(p<.022). Second, Insulin and HOMA-IR, the two groups of 0, 10weeks, 20weeks on a comparison of measurements significant differences only between time(p<.008; p<.004). Third, GLUT2 and GLUT4, the two groups of 0, 10weeks, 20weeks on a comparison of measurements significant differences only between time(p<.001, p<.001).
