Clearly it is an important issue for all in any organisation or institution who rely upon creative and
innovative thinking especially at a time of massive change. So the concept & measurement of creativity
has gained importance in recent years. This research aims at understanding social creativity and the
possibilities of alternative research methods. It is clear that the phenomenon of creativity is extremely
complex but the creativity measurements focus on individuals. However recent research has begun to
downgrade the importance of individual creativity. The latest studies suggest that creative ideas are more
often generated in active social creativity than by individuals creativity. Social creativity is a complex,
multifaceted concept. In this paper, social creativity were divided into four educational environments, and
then, argue about relationship between them. The new insights provided by social creativity are driving
creativity theory to broaden the scope and levels of its research. Through this change, creative education
will be shifted.
