본 연구는 초등학교 내에서의 집단따돌림 가해행동에 초점을 맞추어 가해학생과 그를 둘러싸고 있는 환경들 사이에 건강한 적응이 이루어지도록 변화가 필요한 지점을 발견하고, 이 지점에 개입하기 위한 사회사업적 방안을 모색하는 것이었다. 접근관점은 생태체계적 관점이었다. 연구의 구체적인 하위목표는 첫째, 집단따돌림 가해행동과 관련있는 생태체계 변인들을 확인하고, 둘째, 이러한 변인들이 가해행동에 기여하는 상대적 우선순위를 밝히며, 셋째, 집단따돌림 가해행동을 설명하는 최종모형을 선정하며, 넷째, 연구에서 밝혀진 생태체계 변인들에 대한 개입방안을 사회사업의 시각으로 모색하는 것이다.
Focused on the environment of the bullying behavior of elementary school students, the main objective of this study is to find the causes of the problem and to look for ways for social worker to step in. An ecosystematic approach has been used in conducting this study. Specific objectives of this study include the following: [1] to find out the ecosystematic variables for the bullying behavior; [2] to set up the relative priority of the variables contributing to the bullying behavior; [3] to set up the final explanatory model for the bullying behavior; and [4] to apply the findings of this study to an intervention method from a social work point of view. key words : bullying, bullying behavior, ecosystem, individual level, family level, school level, community level
