The data used in the analysis resulted from merging computer-aided content analysis of discussion posts, action log data analysis of system usage, and longitudinal survey data collected from 237 participants in an online breast cancer support group. Findings indicated that the expression and reception of emotional support buffered the deleterious effect of unsupportive intimate relationship on breast cancer patients’ coping strategies. -

The research results show that there is a significant relationship between social support and burnout. Social support was an important resource for reducing occupational stress and burnout. As the perception about social support by teachers of daycare center increased, their level of burnout was decreased. Also, there was an evidence in favor of the moderating role that social support may serve as a protective factor against burnout. The implications of clinical practices will be discussed. -

Conclusion: The web-based portfolio assessment system is expected to overcome the shortcomings of a paper-based portfolio assessment system and improve the level of satisfaction of medical residents. It is expected that the web-based portfolio assessment system designed in this study will be an additional tool for family medicine residencies. -

The pharmacokinetics and dosage regimen of norfloxacin-glycine acetate (NFLXGA) was investigated in pigs after a single intravenous (i.v.) or oral (p.o.) administration at a dosage of 7.2 mg/kg body weight.
