교수·학습 지도안 구안 활동 중 수행한 동료 피드백에 대한 예비음악교사들의 인식

본 연구는 음악과 교수·학습 지도안 구안 활동 중 수행한 동료 피드백에 대한 예비음악교사들의 인식을 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 23명의 음악교육전공 교육대학원생을 대상으로 동료 피드백 활동을 진행한 후 이에 대해 설문조사를 하였다. 연구결과 학생들은 동료 피드백 활동에 매우 긍정적인 반응을 보였으며, 동료 피드백 활동이 학습목표 설정, 학습내용 선정, 활동시간 배분, 교수·학습 방법 선정에 도움이 되었다고 보고하였다. 하지만, 학생들은 자신들의 피드백에 대한 확신이 부족했으며, 동료의 오류를 지적하거나 다소... -
