본 연구에서는 불포화토의 포화도를 구하기 위해 디지털 이미지기법(DIA)을 적용하였다. 실험을 위한 시료는 주문진 표준사를 사용하였다. 1차원 모래기둥 시험을 실시하여 일정수위상태에서의 디지털 이미지의 colour number($C_n$)와 포화도(S)와의 상관식을 구하였다. 함수특성곡선(SWCC)을 구하기 위해 Buchner funnel이 부착된 hanging water column test를 실시하였으며, $C_n;-;S$ 관계식을 이용하여 각 suction head 단계에 따른 average colour number로부터 포화도를 산정하였다. was conducted 1 week after surgery. The SCO of the 50, 100, and 150 μl inflations was 22-46%, 51-70%, and 75-89%, respectively (p < 0.05). Olby scores were diminished significantly by a combination of the level of SCO and duration of inflation in all groups. Olby scores in the groups of 150 μl-12 h, 150 μl-24 h, and 100 μl-24 h were 0.5, 0, and 1.7, respectively. Then, we have investigated the dynamical properties of this model and predicted the apoptosis levels for various concentrations of cisplatin beyond the range of experiments. Here we report evidence that peak cleft glutamate concentration ([glu]cleft) increases during LTP, as indicated by a lessening of the blocking effects of rapidly unbinding antagonists of AMPA. The efficacy of slowly equilibrating antagonists remained unchanged. The elevated [glu]cleft helps support the increased quantal amplitude of AMPA-type EPSCs (excitatory postsynaptic currents) during LTP. -

SDS exhibited higher ELISA titers in all Mabs recognizing 6 sites. Four sites (A, B, E and F) on 2% SDS-treated N protein lost completely reactivity with Mabs while the remaining sites (C and D) on the protein retained their antigenicity to some degree. It indicates that two sites (C and D) were sequential. Six representative Mabs bound to each site exhibited competition with rinderpest antibodies in a blocking ELISA, indicating that the sites were actively involved in antigenicity in cattle. -

The temperature dependence of Na+-dependent succinate uptake was studied in brush border (BBMV) and basolateral (BLMV) membrane vesicles isolated from the rabbit kidney cortex. The succinate uptake was markedly altered by temperature in a similar fashion in both membranes.
