The purpose of this study is to find the determinants of student satisfaction with social work field practice to get effective field instruction. The study\'s subjects are 247 students majoring social welfare. The analytic methods of the research used SPSS Win 10.0 used descriptive and multiple regression. As a result of this study, it was found that students\' age, whether of arrangement on student\'s choice, whether of pre-orientation, whether of economic support of university, educational supervion, supportive supervision, network of university and social welfare agency, and role of agency and student.
