In recent years, many high-rise building are constructed and planed. The construction of high-rise building is difficult because the structure of high-rise building is more complex and larger than non-high-rise buildings. To practice the high-rise building construction in planed duration, cooperation is needed between general and specialty contractor. The purpose of this study was to derive the schedule management factors for construction management in reinforced concrete work, and analysis the difference of importance between general and specialty contractor for the essential schedule management factor for the high-rise building.
