이 연구는 우리나라 장애대학생 진로 및 직업 연구의 동향을 2000년 이후의 학술연구를 중심으로 분 석하여 그 경향성을 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 이 연구를 위해 해당 기간 동안의 석ㆍ박사 학위논문과 학술지 게재 논문 23편을 을 분석하였다. 분석은 연구 유형(문헌연구, 실험연구, 조사연구, 질적연구, 표 준화연구, 프로그램 개발연구, 혼합연구), 연구 대상(장애유형, 전공고려여부, 장애정도 고려여부), 연구 주제별(취업, 인식 및 태도, 자기결정, 적응행동, 학업, 프로그램 만족도, 기타)별로 진행되었다. 연구 결 과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 우리나라 장애대학생 진로 및 직업 연구는 조사연구와 실험연구가 주를 이루었 다. 둘째, 우리나라 장애대학생 진로 및 직업 연구의 연구 대상은 대부분 장애유형을 고려하지 않고 있었 으며, 전공이나 장애 정도에 따른 요구 및 특수성 역시 반영되지 않고 진행되고 있었다. 셋째, 우리나라 장애대학생 진로 및 직업 연구의 주제는 대부분 진로 및 직업관련 인식을 알아보고자 하는 연구에 편중 되어 있었다.
This study attempted to explore research trend in research on career education and vocational education of college students with disabilities in Korea after the year 2000. A total of 23 articles that published form 2000 to 2013 met the criteria for analysis and were included in this study. Each article was reviewed according to the methods, topics, subjects of research content. The results of this study were as follows: First, it was founded that most of the research methods used of survey and experimental study. Second, it was founded that most of the research did not consider college students’s major, the type and degree of disability. Third, it was founded that most of the research topics focused on career and vocational awareness. In recent years, the career self determination of students with developmental disabilities related research were increased. This results suggest that college should provide disabilities students with more comprehensive career education program.
